Here, you can download the options.dat file to activate commercial elements within WWHM 2012.

Instructions
1) Open Notepad.exe
2) Copy and Paste this text into Notepad:
[OPTIONS]
commercial=true
3) Save As Options.dat
For Windows XP ; Move the file to: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\WWHM2012\data
For Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10: ; Move the file to: C:\ProgramData\WWHM2012\data
